Bhad Bhabie Drops $6.1 Million on Florida Mansion
Bhad Bhabie paid $6.1 million for a bonafide mansion in Palm Beach County, within a guard-gated community in the affluent town of Boca Raton. Records reveal the “These Heaux” rapper does not have a mortgage on the property.
Of course, Bregoli had some help along the way. Her manager was instrumental in landing her a multimillion-dollar deal with Atlantic Records (the label and Bregoli have since parted ways), and social media made her popular with the Gen-Z crowd. She’s reportedly earned millions in brand deals with online retailers like Fashion Nova and CopyCat Beauty and has since launched her own indie music label. Worldwide, her music has been streamed more than 1.5 billion times.
But the primary source of Bregoli’s wealth is also the most controversial. On her 18th birthday, she joined OnlyFans, the paid subscription platform that has gained notoriety as a favorite of sex workers. Bregoli earned $1 million in her first six hours on the site, shattering the OnlyFans record but engendering much public criticism. Bregoli, who posts scantily-clad pictures and videos on the platform, won’t say how much she’s raked in since then but notes it’s enough to make her “set for life.” And it’s also clear enough to buy her a mansion in one of America’s most expensive counties.
The Real Deal first reported Bregoli’s big house purchase. The one-acre estate’s seller was NFL free agent Jason Pierre-Paul, who bought the property in 2017 for $2.3 million, and subsequently gave the 1980s house an extensive renovation. Today, the new contemporary structure sports seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms in nearly 9,300 square feet of monochrome living space, all of it filled with gleaming shades of silvers and grays. Numerous high-end touches like porcelain tile, Lutron lighting, and a Sonos smart-home system are included, naturally. There’s also a two-story guesthouse with its own full kitchen, plus a huge backyard swimming pool and a five-car garage on the premises.
Despite her youth, Bregoli is already experienced with real estate and the IRS. Though she leases a mansion in Los Angeles, she makes sure to spend at least six months a year in Boca Raton, in order to remain a Florida resident. All her luxury cars — she owns five outright, including two brand-new Bentleys — are purposely registered in Florida. Last year, Bregoli told Variety that she was “not about to pay these [California] taxes.”
Perhaps to her credit, Bregoli also doesn’t pretend to be more than what she is, acknowledging that the fame and fortune were handed to her. It was either pursue this or “[be] an embarrassment and a joke for the rest of my life,” she says.
